The only thing we know for sure, is that both will be sporting Intel’s new IvyBridge CPUs. These new CPUs will run faster and cooler than their current generation SandyBridge counter parts. You can also bet that we will also see USB 3.0 finally making its way into an Apple product.

Some rumor sites are saying we may see a new form factor for the MacBook Pro, which was last redesigned in 2008. Specifically something more along the lines of the MacBook Air. Thinner and possibly no more optical drive. Another rumor states we may see a screen resolution reaching 2880 x 1800.

A Bluetooth keyboard and mouse, and suddenly my Mac can be in two places at once. But wouldn’t be even cooler if I told you that you could download TouchPad, turning your iPad/iPhone/iPod into both a wireless keyboard and mouse.

With Wireless Mirroring just one of many new and notable features of 10.8, they are definitely making progress but I feel like Apple is stepping away from the power user to the more casual user.
